Delivery & Returns
RETURNS AND DELIVERY POLICY
We believe that our products have been made to the highest standard but if you are not 100% happy with your order and the item is unworn with the packaging and receipt included, we’ll happily exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. We check all our products before popping them in the post to you, however if you do receive a faulty item then we will of course oﬀer you a full refund or replacement.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you do wish to return an item then please ﬁrst contact us at email@example.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to conﬁrm if you qualify for a refund. Please note if your item is not returned in the condition that it was sent to you in, we will not oﬀer a refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card; the time this takes will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you think that you haven’t received a refund, ﬁrst please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is oﬃcially posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please return your product to the address provided when you contacted our customer care team. Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will deliver all our UK orders as Royal Mail Tracked 48. They will be packaged in a box that conveniently ﬁts through your letter box. The Royal Mail UK service covers the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. If you wish your item to be delivered outside of these areas please contact us on email@example.com to discuss postage charges. All orders will be processed and posted within 3 business days. International order will be sent Royal Mail international tracked (prices vary).
